  • Four plans. Starter is free and gives you the full builder with live preview. Pro is $79/month and includes builds, store submission, and push campaigns. Ultra is $199/month and adds higher push volume, advanced analytics, and white-glove onboarding. Lifetime is a one-time $997 with $79 per build whenever you want an update. Everything is billed through Shopify, no separate card.
  • Payment data never touches Appolar. Checkout hands off to your existing Shopify Checkout, so cards stay with Shopify. Your Apple and Google developer credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they reach our database.
  • No. Your store data is yours. We use it only to render and operate the app on your behalf. See the Appolar Privacy Policy for a full breakdown.
  • Yes, though there is no automated import. You rebuild your app in the Appolar builder, which the layout presets make quick, and because Appolar ships under your own developer accounts, your existing App Store listing, reviews, and ratings can stay with you through an app transfer.
  • Email support at support@appolar.com. Appolar is built and run by one person, so every reply comes from the founder who wrote the platform. Most replies land within a business day.
  • The Ultra plan includes white-glove onboarding, where the founder sets the app up with you directly. On other plans the builder and presets are designed to be self-serve, and email support is there when you get stuck.
  • The builder lives inside your Shopify admin, so anyone with access to your Shopify admin can use it. There are no per-seat charges.
  • Your app gets its own App Store and Play Store listing under YOUR developer accounts. Appolar does not run a consumer marketplace.
  • No. Pro and Ultra are month-to-month through Shopify Billing and you can cancel anytime. One honest caveat: on subscription plans the app requires an active subscription to keep running. If you want an app that runs forever with no recurring payment, that is exactly what the Lifetime plan is for.
  • Designing in the builder takes as long as you want it to; many merchants start from a preset and adjust from there. Triggering a build and store submission is one click. After that, review timing belongs to Apple and Google. Apple publicly states that 90% of submissions are reviewed within 24 hours, but plan for longer on a first submission.
