Service status
Appolar does not publish an automated public status feed yet. We would rather say that plainly than show a page of green dots that nothing is actually checking. A live status feed is planned; until then, this page explains how to find out what is going on.
The services that matter for your app are: the builder (the embedded app in your Shopify admin), config delivery to installed apps, the build pipeline, and push notification delivery via APNs and FCM. Catalog, checkout, and order data come straight from Shopify, so for storefront data issues check Shopify's own status page first.
Incident reporting
If something looks down or broken, email support@appolar.com. The platform is run by its founder, so incident reports land directly with the person who can investigate and fix them. During an active incident, affected merchants get updates by email until it is resolved.
